But if you were interested in the proposal and the testimonials of some of our participants, check below if you have the profile to be part of the Program and stay tuned to our disclosures:<\/p>\n<p><b>CANDIDATE PROFILE<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Leadership<\/b><br \/>\n Spirit of teamwork, good communication and influence.<\/p>\n<p><b>Potencial<\/b><br \/>\n Rapid learning ability and clear growth potential.<\/p>\n<p><b>Management<\/b><br \/>\n Eager for performance and career vision.<\/p>\n<p><b>Technical Knowledge<\/b><br \/>\nStudying engineering, zootechnics, veterinary, administration and others related to the BRF business (with availability to carry out one year of internship).<\/p>\n<p><b>Development Plan<\/b><br \/>\n1) Training and development of the participating trainees by BRF leaders.<br \/>\n2) Follow-up with formal feedbacks and leadership training.<br \/>\n3) Presentation of projects in each PDCA 6 months for a peer review.<br \/>\n4) Evaluation through an analysis of performance and potential for effectiveness as supervisors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Program Advantages<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; Hourly load of 6 hours per day or 30 hours per week.<br \/>\n&#8211; Internship allowance of BRL R$ 2,000.<\/p>\n<p><b> Signing up fee\/joining fee<br \/>\n<\/b> Entries are closed for 2018.
