Trainee Supervisor Program

The Trainee Supervisor Program aims to develop new supervisors for our operations, thus taking the first step in building the next generation of BRF leaders.

We have selected young university students who are in the final year of graduation, of whom we believe we have high potential to generate truly transformative results for the company, collaborating in our daily journey of becoming an increasingly global company.

Trained by the BRF leadership team, accompanied by a supervisor and the Human Resources area, we support the development of the Trainee Supervisor in the production process so that, at the end of the program, he can take over the position of factory supervisor, leading a team of an average of 80 people.
